AGRA - THE TAJ CITY
Agra- the majestic city situated in the state of Uttar Pradesh is certainly soaked with rich and diverse culture and heritage. It is the home to one of the seven wonders of the world, the Taj Mahal but that is not it, it offers some of the majestic experiences a person can ever experience and is a must visit destination. - TAJ MAHAL- The mascot of Agra and one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Taj mahal. This magnificent structure is the main attraction of Agra where people from around the globe come to visit. It is made with glorious white marble and follows the Mughal architecture with its splendid domes and intricately carved pillar. It will certainly enchant everyone with its beauty and elegance. - AGRA FORT- Just at a short distance from the Taj Mahal lies the Agra fort which is also a UNESCO world heritage site. Built by Noor Jahan in memory of her father, Mirza Ghiyas Beg, this tomb is a marvel of Mughal architecture with its exquisite marble inlay work and intricate carvings.
